Upper School Individuals and Societies Teacher (All Gender)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate may be expected to take on a Middle or High School homeroom.
Qualifications
- have three or more years’ experience teaching Individuals and Societies across the IBMYP & IBDP
- be committed to collaborative approach to working with colleagues
- have a strong commitment to the values of international education
- have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working with, and the protection of, children and young people,
- display commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people,
- value and respect the views and needs of children and young people.
The following would be an advantage:
- experience in using technology in the classroom
- experience in curriculum development and documentation
- experience in co-teaching
